To take the current pink hotel header and turn it into a header with a different logo of a different size, in a different position and on a plain background:

Time: less than 10 minutes. Skill level: All
  1. Edit your survey with the page editor.
  2. Ensure the editor is in the layout view.
  3. Go to the “Logo & text” tab.
  4. Click on the existing logo to open the “Image selector” popup.
  5. Click the browse button and locate the .gif or .jpg file you wish to upload.
  6. Click the "Upload" button.
  7. Once your image has uploaded, double click it to select it.
  8. Click the “Update” button.
  9. As you can see the image uploaded, but it’s a mess and it’s on the wrong side! First we’ll move the image: open the question toolbar.
  10. Edit the question properties.
  11. Swap the columns around.
  12. Click the "Update" button.
  13. To remove the background image, open the question toolbar and click the “Edit image” button.
  14. Click the “Remove” button.
  15. Click the “Update” button.
  16. Nearly there; we need to blend it in as it looks bit silly. We do that by using a graphics program of your choice (paint shop pro, photo shop, etc.) to find out what colour the image is (ours is: #beccc2). Then re-edit the question’s properties.
  17. Open the "Colour picker” for the question.
  18. Set the background colour to the desired setting (6 digit hexadecimal colour). We're going for the background green colour of our logo (beccc2).
  19. Click the “Update” button.
  20. That’s the page header completed, now to copy it across all the pages in our survey using a shortcut. Click the “Edit image” button.
  21. Select to copy the item across all your pages and then click the "Update" button to finish.

That’s it! No matter what your brand, you should be able to get a professional representation of it using the technique above - that’s how we do it! A note on background colours: if you want to change the background colour for the every question on the page use the “Colours & fonts” tab off of the page editor.
