How to: Change the times at which existing survey responses were recorded.

Change the time at which your existing responses were recorded (the time offset from GMT).

Time: less than 3 minutes. Skill level: All
  1. Go to the "response" section of the site: select “View responses” from the “Go” drop down menu.
  2. Open the response time adjuster popup.
  3. Select the range of responses you want to affect; put the start and end dates for the responses you want to be adjusted.
  4. Set the time offset you require – all your survey start (and end) times will be amended by the amount entered here, so if you enter +8 hours, your responses will all be recorded as starting at the GMT time + 8 hours.
  5. Click the “Update” button.

That’s it! All the responses in the range you specified will have their start and end times adjusted by the time off set you specified.
