How to: Add access keys to your survey.

Access keys are a method to aid the visually impaired to navigate web pages - an online survey is a web page. So instead of using a mouse to move the cursor to a text box, you can press a combination of keys to get there, e.g.: alt + a. These are known as "access keys".

  1. Open your survey with the page editor:
  2. Note: the survey must be in “Web Standards” mode - this is the default. Select “Access keys / Generate all” from the “Tools” drop down menu.
  3. Save your survey.
