Regional setup for quicker response times

The multi-region functionality enables your organisation to respond to feedback on a faster and more focused regional basis; this is achieved using a feature called “User Groups”.

By assigning your Customer service Users to a User Group (e.g. by geographical region), each Group of Users only receives feedback destined for their User Group.

Simply:

Whilst to each member of a User Group (or geographical region) it looks like they only have feedback for Survey Sites (locations) relevant to them, all the data for all regions is actually kept in the same account and can be accessed as a whole for reporting purposes.

Any combination of Survey Site to Users is supported by the User Group feature and any number of User Groups can be added – each with independent emailing routing options.
