We can translate your feedback survey so you can stay in touch with your customers - no matter where they are - and we can translate their responses so you know what they’re saying!

Survey translation:

Our buying power means we are able to offer you competitive translation costs so not only can we build you multiple language versions of your feedback survey, but we can also source the translations for you. And because we’re happy to use them for our own translations - we are sure you will be too!

Response translation:

If you choose not to include any open questions (free text entry boxes) in your foreign language feedback surveys, then you will need no additional translations after your account has been setup.

However, if you do chose to include open questions (e.g.: an “anything to add” comments box), then the answers to these questions can optionally be translated for you by our translation providers.

Consolidated responses:

We can also link your surveys’ responses so they all show up together as if only one survey was answered. This means you can run analyses on the responses to all your language versions of your survey as one dataset.

Costing:

Because of our buying power we have been able to negotiate fantastic rates which we are able to pass on to you! And similarly (because we purchase translations on behalf of many of our clients) we are able to negate the standard minimum word charge for you (imposed by all translation providers: typically 400 – 500 words). What this means is if one of your clients types “Your service was fantastic” into your survey's comment box, the translation will cost you £0.40 with us, but if you went to a translator provider yourself the minimum word charge means those same 4 words would cost you £40.00!
