Integration

For your convenience we have software and non-software integration options available, so you will have more time to spend doing something else.

Outgoing (from you to us):

Examples of events that might trigger our system in to action are:

  • Sales invoice issued
  • Hotel check out
  • Return journey date passed
  • New member
  • Sign off paper work completed

From here we can send out a feedback survey to your client, we can chase them, link them to an invoice number (or any other unique number), segregate according to Site (location, outlet, person, or anything you wish) and if there’s something we haven’t covered - we’ll write it for you free of charge.

Incoming (from us to you):

Feedback can be attained via a web service in XML / CSV format (or email, or login and retrieve on it demand). We can optionally send a read only copy of feedback to any Sites you want set up (location, outlet, person, or anything you wish). And if you need something we haven’t thought of - we’ll write it for you free of charge.

Intergrate (software):

The interfaces we supply for integration are all “web services”. A web service is not proprietary to any programming language or computer system which means your software will have no problem contacting our software. Similarly, our output formats (CSV & XML) are also very widely supported standards so you will have no trouble importing the data into your own systems so you can run your own analyses.

Again, if you want something we don’t currently support - we’ll write it for you free of charge.

Intergrate (paper):

By this we mean integrating with our system without the use of software. We call this a “Self-invite” or “manual integration”.

The point is to provide similar integration capabilites to companies that do not have the email contact details of their clients. Examples are:

  • restaurants
  • most shops / stores
  • realtors / estate agents
  • single hotels / inns
  • product fitters and suppliers

All you need is to invoice your client via paper and you can still integrate your service / product with our system. Integration by this method will still allow you to:

  • automatically attain, verify & store your clients’ email address
  • automatically assign an invoice number (or any other unique number) to the feedback
  • automatically chase your client for feedback
  • segregate your feedback according to any Sites you want set up (location, outlet, person, or anything you wish)

And you won’t even need to log in because - as the name suggests ("Self-invite") - your clients will invite themselves to your survey.
